You have to have the Ultimatebet cards showing in plain view. If you arrange them, rather than leaving them as they fall, you should not alter the order in which they fell. It has been my experience while dealing numerous WSOP's that the cards be pitched by the dealer so that they fall in the order that they were dealt and that the dealer instruct the player not to rearrange them. Most experienced players have accepted this.

What cards show paired on the board, and what suits and other cards are likely dead to a flush or straight draw. By 5th or 6th street I find that I've frequently forgotten even that. By then the die has been cast and I've made decisions about the likely hands that can be held by my opponents, and I need only pay attention to what hurts or helps the remaining players. Still, I feel that perfect recall would improve my game if only by making my odds calculations more reliable.

Players discussing possible card holdings while the hand is in play is completely out of line and should be stopped immediately by the dealer.
• A good Tournament Director should never let this situation arise. They should be on top of situations like this, the players expect it. The Tournament Director described is just lazy and has no pride in doing the best job possible. When faced with a choice always place the Ultimatebet player at the table which will break last and remove the arbitrary decision. Optimum balancing is the best way to provide a level playing field.
